For charging your 36V lithium battery on the run, the 12V to 36V DC to DC charger gives you 20A of charge from your cranking battery to your 36V lithium system. With the ability to connect your ignition or a switch to the charger, you can choose when you want it to be running. Along with its automatic turn on and shut off features. The DC to DC charge will start to charge your 36V lithium system when your cranking battery reaches 13.5- 13.8V and will automatically shut off if your cranking battery reaches 12.8V or when the 36V lithium is fully charged. With the ability to create your own length wires from the DC to DC charger it will work on any vessel and any installation. An inline 60A- 80A fuse and properly gauged wires is highly recommended during installation.
